We called Truck Road Service LLC for a 2025 Volvo truck with a 5th wheel issue, and despite some initial confusion from our side, their team handled everything very professionally. Due to a mix-up, our teammate accidentally gave incorrect information — the driver went to the shop address while the mechanic was sent to the driver’s location. Even with this situation, the mechanic stayed calm, remained professional, and went back to assist without any complaints. They fixed the issue quickly at the agreed price, and even showed flexibility when our payment was delayed. That level of understanding and customer service is truly appreciated. Highly recommend Truck Road Service LLC for their professionalism, patience, and reliability.

This told us that he would be able to come in about 30 minutes ended up showing up more than an hour later. We had a flat tire and he just air it up and told me that I needed to take it to a truck stop to fix it. He didn't even check for a leak. What a rip off. I don't understand how he could charge $240. for 5 minutes work it took him longer to dig out his tools from his overloaded van than the time he spent putting air in the tire. His van is a mess, I would never trust a mechanic that is such a slob.

Mike came very quick. Talk about emergency roadside assistance for semis! This is it. Quick , fast , friendly and fair price. He swapped my tire in under 30 minutes. Thanks Mike. Will recommend.

Great service. Most emergency road aides would have denied my gladhand problem but Mike and Josh fixed it in no time. They got me on the road as fast as they could and I'm thankful. Will recommend to anyone

This shop is a lifesaver! Originally my company had a service technician come out to inspect and fix an air leak but the technician gave up and was going to call a tow truck to have me towed all the way back to Tampa. The guy said he had no options left so I did my own research and found this shop that was open for 24hrs! The guy I spoke with on the phone appeared to be more knowledgeable than the guy that already came out and was kind enough to try and help the technician troubleshoot the issue. Its 11pm at night and he even stopped what he was doing to deliver the part for the other technician to fix it which is much appreciated. I am very thankful for this shop because without it my truck would've more than likely had to be in the shop again for weeks. Like I literally just picked up this truck this morning and it had been sitting at the dealership for 3 weeks waiting for parts. If it weren't for this kind person that answered the phone I would've went broke. I don't usually write reviews but this man saved me in so many ways! If you ever need help in the middle of the night in Orlando give them a call and they'll come anytime. Thanks again for your service!
